Group Classes



Hatha yoga classes suitable for all ages and abilities from beginners to continuing students. Offering everyone the chance to mindfully stretch, tone, strengthen and relax. 


Each session includes a warm up routine (like the Sun Salutations or the cat routine), a variety of postures (asanas) working all four movements of the spine, an inversion or semi inversion, a balance pose, breathing exercises (pranayama), relaxation (nidra) and breath awareness meditation. Hatha yoga classes in the studio are offered as either as short courses or individual tickets. Online yoga classes are continuing for regular students via Skype.


Everyone brings their own mat and blanket now, however, if you need to borrow one I have plenty of freshly cleaned ones available.

Private classes



A one to one lesson is an ideal for anyone new to yoga or returning after a break. Having individual attention provides the opportunity to  focus on alignment or learn how to advance postures or practice with a particular injury or medical condition. 


We are all different: our bodies vary in anatomy, postural conditioning, life history and health. Everyone’s has their own story, which needs to be honoured and healed by our yoga practice. 


Individual lessons:  £35 for 1 hour or £40 for 1.5 hours.

For couples or small groups: £40 for 1 hour or £45 for 1.5 hours.
